Random Team Generator Free has no accounts and no sign-up. The names and lists you type are processed by the tools in your own browser and are not sent to us. We do not set our own cookies and we do not run analytics scripts. We may show ads from third-party vendors, including Google; the advertising section below explains how those vendors use cookies and how you can opt out.

• Teams, pairs, team picks and team names are made by JavaScript running in your browser, using your browser’s built-in random number generator. The names you enter are not uploaded.
• The team generator and the pair generator save your last list and settings (names, team count or size, skill tiers, keep-apart pairs and sheet title) in your browser’s local storage under the keys rtg:teams:v1 and rtg:pairs:v1, so they are still there next time. The data stays on your device. Press Clear on the tool, or clear this site’s data in your browser, to delete it.
• The NFL, NBA and MLB pickers remember which teams were already picked only while the page is open; nothing about them is stored after you leave.
• When you press a Copy button, the text is written to your clipboard on your device. Print uses your browser’s own print dialog, and Big view may ask your browser to go full screen.

The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, the hosting servers receive and log standard request details, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, the referring page and your browser and device type. We use this information only to run and protect the site, and we do not combine it with other information to identify you. See Vercel’s privacy policy for how the host handles these logs.

Random Team Generator Free does not set its own cookies. Cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, may be set by third-party vendors that would serve ads on this site if ads are shown, as described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools on this site do not need cookies to work.

We may show ads from third-party vendors, including Google. If ads are shown:
